In recognition of Mr. Qi Chong's outstanding contributions to environmental protection, sustainable development, and global climate action, as well as his professional background in financial management and international affairs, the Board of Directors of the GOCF Foundation has unanimously decided:
Hereby, Mr. Qi Chong, the representative of the 79th United Nations General Assembly, is appointed as the Chairman of the Global Oasis Climate Fund, responsible for overseeing the management and operations of the Foundation.
