Appointment Letter

In recognition of Mr. Zheng Xiangbin's expertise and outstanding contributions in human resources management, organizational development, and international cooperation, the Board of Directors of the Global Oasis Climate Fund (GOCF) has decided, upon deliberation, to appoint Mr. Zheng Xiangbin as the Minister of the Human Resources Department of GOCF. He will be fully responsible for the organization’s human resources planning, talent development strategy, and organizational development.

This appointment is officially effective as of February 6, 2025. This is hereby notified.
