In recognition of Mr. Yao Hongfan's professional expertise in legal affairs, outstanding work capabilities, and contributions to the development of the organization, the Global Oasis Climate Fund (GOCF) Council has deliberated and decided, with the Chairman's signature, to officially appoint:
Mr. Yao Hongfan as the Head of the Legal Department of GOCF, fully responsible for the organization's legal affairs.
This appointment will take effect from February 10, 2025.
