What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will vary depending on your location and team assignments. You will build innovative solutions that bring change to our clients, customers, and employees. You will create and improve the design, analysis, coding, and testing for high-quality software and new products. You will own projects end-to-end, keeping the team and stakeholders updated on the progress of developments. The software engineering program will allow you to explore agile software development methodologies, pair programming, resilient patterns, and chaos engineering, among others.

The work will be diverse. You might develop digital and mobile features that allow our clients and customers better control over how they interact with our banking services. You could strategize on how big data can make our trading systems faster. You may help create the next innovation in merchant payments. You might design global automated recovery solutions. You could support the integration of our private and public cloud platforms. Across all projects and businesses, you will have the opportunity to enhance your coding skills, use innovative technologies like machine learning, and build solutions using agile methods.
