What You Will Do
Dedicate your internship to working alongside our top professionals to drive innovation through financial engineering, derivatives modeling, asset and liability management, and risk management. You will assist in developing or validating mathematical models, methods, and tools used across the company, while gaining deep insights into risk modeling, investment banking, and the financial services industry.
Throughout the application process, you will have the opportunity to learn about the diverse teams recruited company-wide through the Quantitative Finance Program. Interns will be placed in a position based on their background and professional interests. Some of these opportunities include:
Market - Quantitative Research: Develop and maintain complex mathematical models, cutting-edge methods, and infrastructure to evaluate and hedge financial transactions from vanilla flow products to high-frequency and low-frequency trading algorithms.
Model Risk Governance and Review: Collaborate with model developers and businesses to review and approve models used in practice, and monitor the performance of risk measurements.

We are seeking colleagues with excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, as well as strong research capabilities.
In addition, we are most interested in what sets you apart: personal qualities and external interests, as well as achievements outside of academia that demonstrate who you are and the change you can bring to the team.
Key Skills
Proficiency in advanced mathematics (probability theory, stochastic calculus, partial differential equations, numerical analysis, statistics, econometrics) and/or programming in C++ or Python.
Knowledge of option pricing theory, trading algorithms, or financial regulations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to present findings to non-technical audiences.
